2000 K3500 Pickup

2000 Chevrolet K3500 Pickup

Old work truck. Long history. Still earning its keep.

This truck has been around for a while. It’s hauled parts, pulled trailers, carried projects, made long trips, broken down, gotten fixed, and generally been asked to do whatever needed doing.

It isn't a restoration, and the plan isn't to turn it into something too nice to work. The goal is to keep improving what’s already proven to be a seriously useful truck—more reliable, more capable, and better suited to the jobs I keep finding for it.

Somewhere along the way, an old work truck stopped being just an old work truck.

This is everything it took to get here—and whatever comes next.

Nearly 100 thousand miles requires some maintainance.

And I kept up on it the best I could with life trying its best to get in the way.

Purchased as a replacement for my old truck, but with enough room for car seats in the back and enough grunt to get the job done.

Time does take it's toll.

Especially on that old white GM paint. It looks sad right now, but I’ll bring this old girl back into her former glory.
